Responsibilities

• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Proven working experience as a graduate trainee manager
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong report writing and record keeping ability
• Good computer and database skills

Qualification Required & Experience

• At least a First Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Sociology or any related field plus a minimum of 5 Years post-qualification as trainer 2years of which must be in companies of similar business and/or environment.
• A post graduate degree with the stated experience may be an added advantage.
