BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Maintains the computer systems of the organisation, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users.

JOB DUTIES:
1.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
2.Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
3.Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
4.Solving password problems.
5.Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
6.Responding to breakdowns.
7.Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
8.Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
9.Supervising junior engineering and technical staff.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Attention to detail.
2.A logical mind.
3.The ability to work well under pressure.
4.Problem-solving skills.
Minimum OND

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- Less than one year experience.
