BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for designing, developing, and testing computer hardware, including computer systems, circuit boards, computer chips, keyboards, routers, and printers. Supervises the manufacturing, production, and installation of the parts.

JOB DUTIES:
1.Design and oversee the production of computer hardware equipment.
2.Test and re-test parts to ensure they work properly.
3.Identify and isolate defects.
4.Design and develop the software systems that control computers.
5.Design and test circuits and other electronic components.
6.Test work and refine processes.
7.Integrate components into the final design.
8.Evaluate the effectiveness of the design and change if necessary.
9.Estimate cost, reliability, and safety factors.
10.Use computers extensively to produce and analyze designs.
11.Control the efficiency of processes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Computer Science/Bachelor’s Degree higher diploma in Engineering.
Computer hardware engineers also generally have previous work or internship experience in the computer engineering industry.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- Less than one year experience.
